 RED ONE camera - a 35mm sized 4K CMOS sensor delivers 4K, 3K, 2K or HD images in a RAW format.
The ability to use 35mm PL Mount film lenses allows the use of the finest optics available. A wide dynamic range and the cinematic selective focus that is found with film cameras is now accessible with this digital camera.

 Sony F900R and F900/3
HDCAM format cameras
An industry standard since 2002, the F900 is now more affordable than when it first was introduced.
Both R and /3 versions have the same image quality, however the R is 5.7 lbs lighter and 20% shorter in length.

 Panasonic HDX 900 and
Varicam DVCPro HD format cameras.
These cameras record to tape but with the P2 gear adapter the HDX900 can record to P2 cards.
The HDX 900 has the same image quality as the Varicam 27H and has some features not available on the Varicam, including the ability to record 1080/24p and 60i, pre-record 8 sec cache, time lapse capability and Firewire output.
